Peter J. Scagnelli, Esq.
Born in Bronx, New York, Peter is a graduate of Salesian High School with a Regent’s Diploma. He later graduated from the State University in New York at Albany with a degree in political science. Peter earned a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and then obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Western New England University.
Professional Experience
Peter has been admitted to practice as an attorney since January 1989. In addition to his admission to the New York State Bar, Peter is also licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
He is also admitted to practice in all U.S. District Courts throughout the states of New York and Massachusetts. Peter has appeared in a variety of courts, ranging from municipal/town courts up to the New York State of Appeals, the state’s highest court.
Diane M. Moran
Having been a secretary for most of her adult life, Diane has been an effective part of our team since 1991. She handles all of the administrative and secretarial services at our law firm. She is an integral part of our team and is experienced in the various administrative aspects of the practice. Her dynamic and engaging personality makes her an invaluable asset to our firm. Diane is the first person you will contact at our firm.
